The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Brand Executive to join our client's team. This is a full-time permanent role, based in Burntwood with hybrid working, requiring occasional travel across the UK to sites and events. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will play a crucial role in delivering the brand marketing strategy, managing national campaigns, and coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives, including new product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage a national campaign calendar, ensuring high-quality delivery of brand campaigns and new product launches.
  2. Analyse and report on the performance of brand marketing initiatives, offering actionable insights.
  3. Collaborate with external partners to deliver marketing initiatives aligned with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  4. Create and proofread marketing copy, ensuring alignment with brand tone of voice and guidelines.
  5. Support content creation across platforms in collaboration with the Social Media and Content Manager.
  6. Align acquisition marketing activities with brand guidelines for cohesive messaging.
  7. Manage ongoing charity partnerships and create bespoke action plans where required.
  8. Coordinate customer communications to enhance parent engagement and promote key initiatives.
  9. Work closely with operations and internal communications teams to brief and update centre teams on marketing activities.
  10. Organise, produce, and review marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand standards.

Candidate Criteria

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  2. Strong knowledge of brand management principles and practices.
  3. Proficiency in adopting innovative marketing technologies and strategies.
  4. Proven experience in delivering successful brand campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for collaboration.
  6. A results-driven mindset, using data insights to refine and enhance campaign performance.
  7. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, adept at handling competing priorities.
  8. A track record of executing campaigns on time and within budget.
  9. A team-oriented approach with the ability to inspire and guide stakeholders through campaigns.
  10. Broad expertise across generalist marketing functions with a hands-on attitude.
