We are working with a global logistics company that continues to expand despite the pressures of US tariffs and broader economic uncertainty. They are now looking for a skilled and motivated Road Freight Customer Service Manager to lead their customer service team at a large, modern site.

The Role:
As the Road Freight Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of customer service professionals supporting road freight logistics. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery is consistent, responsive, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing customer service team within the road freight division.
- Act as the main escalation point for road freight service issues, ensuring swift resolution and excellent communication.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and dispatch to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and service metrics, using insights to drive improvements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Foster a proactive, solutions-focused culture within the team.
- Stay updated on trends and developments in road freight logistics.
