Engineering Team Leader - Guarenteed Progression

Salary: £50,000 -£52,000

Job Description:

Madisons Engineering are working with a leading manufacturing company who are currently recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader, this is the PERFECT ROLE for a Senior Engineer, or a leader in their engineering team looking to step up and take on more responsibility. The Engineering Team Leader will play a major role in the planning and organising the maintenance team on the machinery, improving efficiencies and involved in project as well as heading up the planned maintenance schedule. Skills required for the Engineering Team Leader:

  • Lead maintenance activities using preventative measures to minimise risk of downtime.
  • Experience with leading engineer/s is a must!!!
  • Ensuring rapid response to breakdowns and efficient follow up to identify corrective actions.
  • involved in new projects.
  • Deliver great leadership and coaching to staff across the team.
