As the Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the daily finance and administrative functions of the hospital.
- Producing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Preparing and reviewing the monthly finance pack, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team in managing labour costs and resource efficiency.
- Leading teams to meet KPIs and ensure safe patient pathways.
- Supporting NHS contract management processes.
