We are seeking a highly skilled Fabricator Welder with ASME IX coding and extensive experience in the petrochemical industry. The successful candidate will join our expert team, working on high-specification fabrication and welding projects in a fast-paced and safety-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out precision welding and fabrication to ASME IXstandards.
  • Experience working to WPS'
  • Work with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and exotic alloys.
  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and welding procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and project teams to meet tight deadlines.
  • Conduct inspections and repairs on pressure vessels, pipework, and structural components.

Requirements:

  • ASME IX Coded Weldercertification (TIG/MIG/MMA).
  • Proven experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Strong fabrication skills, including cutting, bending, and assembling components.
  • Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of welding procedures, NDT techniques, and industry regulations.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
