Salary - £43,861.71 per annum
Location - Diss, Norfolk
Hours - Permanent, Full Time, 37.5 hours

Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Together we are seeking a Deputy Ward Manager / Charge Nurse ( RMN ) for rehabilitation & low secure hospital for male adults based in Diss, Norfolk.

As a qualified Deputy Ward Manager / Charge Nurse ( RMN ), you will ensure males ( 18 years and above ) in this rehabilitation and low service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Supporting patients with severe and enduring mental health needs, personality disorder, anxiety, psychosis, depression, bipolar and self-harm.


Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN )
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 2 years of mental health / low - high secure, acute, forensic, PICU / private or NHS experience
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
