Cleaner

KFM are looking for a reliable Office Cleaner in the HU12 area to keep our workspace clean and welcoming. You'll help ensure our offices meet health and safety standards, creating a pleasant environment for everyone.

The Role

• Cleaning & Sanitizing: Handle daily tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch areas like door handles and restrooms.
• Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners when needed.
• Restroom Maintenance: Keep restrooms clean and stocked with paper products and soap.
• Kitchen & Break Area Cleaning: Tidy up the kitchen and break areas, including wiping down counters, sinks, and appliances, and restocking supplies.
• Reporting Issues: Let the facilities manager know about any maintenance issues, like leaks or lighting problems.
• Supply Management: Keep an eye on cleaning supplies and notify your supervisor when it's time to reorder.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety guidelines, using cleaning products properly and wearing protective gear when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not a must.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and best practices is helpful.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time well.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping things tidy.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
