My client a leading manufacturing business in the local Burton on Trent area is looking to recruit into their administration team.

£25,000 - £27,000 | Monday Friday | 08:30 17:00 | Early finish on Fridays

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate effective communication with clients, end-users, and partners, foster and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.
  • First point of contact for post sales customer service calls, product enquiries and support.
  • Manage email inboxes - efficient and timely processing of all enquiries
  • Service agent administration - handling invoices, new contracts, stock, legal conformity (certification)
  • Service agent part ordering and van stock management
  • Raising service jobs and checking status
  • Stay up to date with product information and new product specifications.
  • Comfortable learning & working with range of in-house systems. Ensure all systems are up to date and information is accurate
  • First point of contact for insurance companies plus provide service administration
  • Registration of boiler warranties, handle commissioning and follow up on complaints and queries on behalf of key clients,
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Assist customer communications with external sales team and help with development of customer accounts
  • Administration and filing duties
  • As a term of your employment, you may be required to undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required of you, commensurate with your general level of responsibility within the business

SKILLS & PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Demonstrable knowledge of interacting with end users in post-sales support & service delivery environment.
  • Natural forward planner, highly motivated and passionate about offering customers the best quality of service.
  • Ability to work under pressure, methodical & highly organised with the ability to think clearly.
  • Excellent IT skills to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and SOP systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-relations skills.
  • Seeking to develop strong technical skills, problem solver and strategic thinker.
  • Dynamic, proactive nature with strong client focused mindset.
  • Accurate data entry skills coupled with great attention to detail.
  • Experience of working as part of a highly productive team & can demonstrate flexibility when working in a continually evolving environment.
