Position: Senior ICP AnalystRole Overview:A leader within the contract testing sector is seeking a highly skilled Senior ICP Analyst to join their laboratories and support their inorganics analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) analysis to support their testing, inspection, and certification for their clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ICP analysis to identify and quantify inorganic elements in various samples.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of analytical results.
  • Develop and validate new ICP methods to enhance lab capabilities.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ICP instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to junior analysts.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • B.S./M.S. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience in ICP analysis, preferably in a contract testing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inorganic chemistry and analytical techniques.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining ICP instrumentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
