THE ROLEAs a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for deep-diving into cross-platform customer journeys using GA4 to uncover actionable insights and drive optimisation. You will also leverage SQL to integrate offline and online data sources, enabling more comprehensive and sophisticated analysis. Your work will directly contribute to improving digital engagement and business performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Analyse digital customer journeys across multiple platforms using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Utilise SQL to merge online and offline data for a holistic view of customer interactions
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Support wider data initiatives within the organisation to drive digital growth
- Proven experience in Digital Analytics, with hands-on expertise in GA4 or Adobe Analytics
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and integration
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive digital performance
- A proactive and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
