About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Buyer Role) to join a high-performing team in a thriving sales environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with warm leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve exceptional earning potentialwith top performers earning six-figure salaries annually.

Youll focus on engaging with potential customers who have already expressed interest in selling their assets, guiding them through the sales process, and negotiating favourable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound warm leadsno cold calls involved.
  • Make 70-80 calls per day to build relationships and close deals.
  • Build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone.
  • Negotiate prices within a designated range provided by the team.
  • Commit to working one Saturday per month to handle high-value leads (a prime opportunity to boost commissions).
