A newly created opportunity working for a multidiscplined growing UK engineering services business who work with a diverse range of customers across food & drink, utilities, nuclear, aerospace & defence and many other areas of manufacturing and infrastructure. This SHEQ Manager vacancy be focused on integrating newly acquired businesses into the group.

The SHEQ Manager will be responsible for:

  • Aligning Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards and policies across merged entities, ensuring compliance and minimising operational risks.
  • Performing SHEQ due diligence assessments to identify gaps or risks in compliance, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Creating and implement SHEQ integration plans, including training programs, audits, and process harmonisation.
  • Establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor SHEQ performance and integration progress.


The SHEQ Manager will have:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate essential. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent desirable.
  • Strong understanding of SHEQ regulatory frameworks and industry standards; experience in M&A integration or change management is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and assessments.
