Sonic Summary

People Solutions is recruiting for Class 2 Drivers in Burton Upon Trent, offering a salary of £15.25 per hour with a minimum of 12 months of Class 2 driving experience required.
Drivers will work Monday to Friday with start times varying and must be prepared for at least one night out per week, with night out money reimbursed upon returning to the depot.
The role includes completing 2 to 5 drops per day, delivering roller cages and totes, and using a tail lift while assisting with hand balling off the truck.

CLASS 2 DRIVER

MONDAY - FRIDAY: START TIMES BETWEEN

£15.25 PER HOUR

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers to join our well-established client based in Burton Upon Trent.

12 months previous Class 2 Driving experience required for this role.

There is a minimum of 8 hours worked per day.

Candidates must be prepared to night out at least once a week and night out money is paid back to the driver on return to depot.

Assessment to be completed prior to start.

Day to Day Duties

As a Class 2 Driver with our client you will:

Complete 2 to 5 drops per day
Deliver roller cages and totes
Use of a tail lift
Assist with hand balling off of truck

Essential Skills

As a Class 2 Driver for our client you would need:

To be comfortable completing a night out a week
To be comfortable with early starts
To have at least 12 months previous Class 2 driving experience
To hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence
To hold a valid CPC & Digi Card
To have no more than six points on Driving Licence for minor infringements
No major endorsement codes

Training

Training is given on site and additional support throughout
