Class 2 Driver Needed in Burton on Trent

Salary:£38,500 per annum (Based on a 48-hour week, actual hours typically 42-46 per week)
Job Description:
As a Class 2 driver, you will be responsible for delivering cages to 4-6 stores per run. This role requires someone who is prepared to spend nights out and start early in the morning, with shifts beginning at 2am. This will be a monday-friday role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods to designated stores
- Ensure timely deliveries according to the schedule
- Handle and unload cages with care
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license
- CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Digital tachograph card
- Minimum 2-years experience driving Class 2 vehicles
- Willingness to start shifts at 2am and night out when required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
