HGV Class 1 Shunter Driver Days

Staffline is recruiting for a temporary HGV Class 1 day shunter driver to come and work at our client's distribution centre based in Barton under Needwood, Burton-on-Trent.

PAYE hourly rates for the role are as below:

- Monday - Friday: £19.76 Per Hour
- Overtime: £26.28 Per Hour

Shift time: 06:00 - 18:00

Your Time at Work
As a Shunter Driver, you will be responsible for moving trailers within the site, following site safety protocols, and performing vehicle checks. Your duties will include coupling and uncoupling trailers, ensuring smooth site operations.

Our Perfect Worker
As an HGV Class 1 shunter driver, you will ideally have -
- 12 months C+E experience
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DQC
- Previous experience of shunting would be an advantage
