This stunning property is home to a 1AA Rosette awarded restaurant serving classic British cuisine using locally sourced seasonal ingredients. To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience of working as a Pastry Chef within a high end kitchen.
You must have pastry experience in a fresh food kitchen in order to be considered for this role.

As Pastry Chef you will:
- Already be a proven Pastry Chef with good experience of working within high quality kitchens
- Need to have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be responsible for producing high quality desserts, breads, petit fours and all other manner of pastries
- Be looking to join a friendly kitchen brigade where you will continue to learn
