Macildowie is working with a client based in Rocester, Staffordshire, to recruit a Relationship Manager for their Direct Sales Team. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales potential through telephone, email, and post by offering finance and related products to existing and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, the internal Sales team, and dealer sales teams to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Direct Sales Team to enhance overall team efficiency and achieve collective objectives.
- Conduct sales calls weekly to meet activity targets and drive sales within the designated region.
- Liaise with Underwriting and Sales Support Teams to streamline processes and boost sales volumes and new customer acquisition.
- Partner with field sales team members to identify and present suitable finance options, aiding customers in making informed decisions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service and mitigate business risks.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably within finance or related sectors.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Proficiency in managing customer information and data securely.
- A proactive approach to meeting sales targets and contributing to team success.
