We are recruiting for a Revenue and Reconciliations Manager to join a fast-paced and innovative business. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a significant impact on revenue processes and team development.

About the RoleAs the Revenue and Reconciliations Manager, you will ensure the accuracy of revenue reporting and oversee reconciliations for a key segment of the business. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the transition to cashless solutions, working with commercial teams, and managing a small team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure revenue is accurately recorded, and all reconciliations are completed on time.
  • Lead and develop a team of three, supporting their professional growth and career progression.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to assess and implement cashless solutions.
  • Manage daily reporting, invoicing, and postings, meeting critical deadlines.
  • Review and improve financial processes, implementing robust controls and driving efficiencies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete balance sheet and cash reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and audit controls, preparing necessary documentation.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the wider finance team as needed.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and controls.
  • Experience managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and deliver results under pressure.
