Are you a Customer Service Manager or similar looking for an exciting varied role within an industry leading construction who will give you the ability to progress as the company grows, receive bespoke training plans and receive a 10% bonus?
On offer is the opportunity to join a leading construction company with nearly 300 staff. They are punching up against other companies who hold large market shares. They have a better quality product and they are making headway year on year.
Your role will be 25% customer service based. Answering inbound calls, processing orders and ad hoc admin. The other 75% of your role will be managing the customer service team, dealing with escalations and ensuring standards are kept high across the department.
This role would suit a Customer Service Manager or similar looking for their next challenge within a leading manufacturer, who will allow you to take full ownership of the role, progress through the business and receive a generous benefits package.
The Role:
* Answering inbound calls and processing orders
* Managing the team and dealing with escalations
* Monday to Friday role - 8:00-4:30
* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
The Person:
* Experience leading a customer service team
* Good IT skills
* Commutable to Burton
