We are a recruiting on behalf of a regional contractor seeking an experienced electrician to work under our NICEIC registration, primarily on commercial and industrial projects involving installation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, validating and signing off NICEIC certifications.
- Ensure all Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR's), Electrical Installation Certificates, and Minor Works are completed to standard.
- Work on-site and in-office to complete EICR, remedial works, and small projects.
- Validate and pass on EICR and Minor Works certifications for remedial quotations to the Small Works Manager.
- Liaise with clients and colleagues.
- Provide technical knowledge and problem-solving support.
- Ensure adherence to safe working practices.
- Manage compliance and registration with NICEIC.
- Report to the Electrical Small Works Manager for Quality Audits.
Requirements:
- C&G 2360 Pt 1 & Pt 2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- C&G (2394 & 2395) or 2391 Testing and Inspection
- Electrical qualifications meeting QS requirements for NICEIC Approved Contractor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- ECS Card
- SMSTS or SSSTS desired
- 3 years as an Electrical QS (preferred)
- 8 years in Electrical work (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
