Job Title: Labourer - Housing Construction Site

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Labourer to join our team on a busy housing construction site in Burton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to work in the construction industry, supporting a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
As a Labourer, you will be responsible for providing essential support to tradespeople, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring that all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently. If you're hard-working, physically fit, and ready to contribute to a growing project, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- General site cleaning, including clearing debris, materials, and rubbish
- Assisting tradesmen with daily tasks, such as moving materials and tools
- Helping with the unloading and distribution of building materials
- Ensuring safe handling and storage of materials and equipment
- Maintaining a tidy, safe, and hazard-free working environment
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure site compliance
- Supporting with groundwork and manual labour duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Labourer
- PPE (High Vis, Safety Boots, Hard Hat)
- A valid CSCS card
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Physical fitness and stamina to carry out manual tasks
- Knowledge of health and safety practices on a construction site is beneficial
