Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old paint and filling holes
- Apply paint and other finishes to surfaces according to the client's specifications
- Use various techniques to achieve different finishes and textures
- Paint and decorate rooms
- Safely operate and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a painter and decorator
- Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment
- Solid understanding of different painting techniques and finishes
- Ability to mix and match colours to achieve desired results
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to different locations - Such as Stoke, Tamworth, Birmingham.
