Our client, a highly reputable main contractor based in Burton-on-Trent are offering up to 60k DOE for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. The Contracts Manager will be working on a range of projects, particularly dilapidation works on commercial buildings with values ranging from 30k up to 4 million. It is envisioned that a successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a project manager in the construction industry.
With 12 permanent staff and 30 million turnover annually, this is an excellent opportunity for progression and to grow alongside the business.

Contracts Manager Job Overview
* Operating from head office and on-site as required
* Overseeing delivery of a range of projects across the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors.
* Responsible for managing all aspects of the project from inception to completion
* Reporting to the Operations Manager
* Coaching and mentoring junior members of staff as required.
