Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a specialist conveyancing firm based in Burton-On-Trent. They are looking to add to their team on a Part-Time Contract basis (Likely 4 months+), and take on an experienced fee earning residential conveyancer, who is able to manage their own caseload from end to end from day one!

The role:

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
  • To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
  • Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • To manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision.

The Ideal Residential Conveyancer will have:

  • Extensive experience within conveyancing
  • Ability to commute to office in Burton-On-Trent
  • Ability to work independently, end to end on conveyancing files
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Legal Qualifications are Non-Negotiable. You must be one of the above
