£25,000-45,000 dependent on experience and level of qualification

Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a specialist firm based in Burton-on-Trent who are looking for support from a conveyancing caseworker with their high volume of conveyancing files. They are open to considering candidates at a range of levels, from a Paralegal who can handle their own files end to end to a qualified solicitor or legal executive who of course could do the same.

The role:

Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
To manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision.

The Ideal Conveyancing Caseworker will have:

Extensive experience within conveyancing
Ability to commute to office in Burton-On-Trent
Ability to work independently, end to end on conveyancing files
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
Legal Qualifications are Non-Negotiable. You must be one of the above OR a highly experienced paralegal who can handle a case from end to end
