Sacco Mann are recruiting for a well-established and award-winning law firm who have several offices across the East Midlands. They are recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team across their Derby, Burton-upon-Trent or Swadlincote offices. The firm are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer who have hands on residential conveyancing fee experience to join their successful team.

This role allows hybrid working.

Joining this growing firm, you will be running a busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish, with minimal supervision. You will liaise regularly with the firms' clients and work closely with the rest of the conveyancing team.

For this role, it is essential that you are confident in running your own caseload of sales and purchases across both leasehold and freehold transactions. You will have a solid background as a residential conveyancer and will be qualified as Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer.
