LMS Manager – Learning Management SystemLocations: StaffordshireHybrid role – 2 days per week on site. attractive environment with excellent employee facilitiesSalary: Up to £50k + a wide range of benefits with some amazing perks.  LMS Manager – Learning Management System  We are working with a national governing body who, as part of the services delivered to their membership organisations, provide training collateral and certifications for individuals who are progressing their career in the field.The client has recently invested in a new learning management system and they are looking for someone to take a lead on the migration project then become the superuser responsible for the ongoing management of the platform, incorporating system config, system admin, platform enhancements, and issue resolution.As part of a wider digital transformation and business change programme this is an exciting time to be joining this organisation.They seek someone with experience of
  • managing a LMS system migration
  • working with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • taking ownership of the platform
  • resolving systems issues, escalate technical support inquiries as needed and co-ordinating upgrades or product feature requests.
  • optimise and evaluate learning systems to improve user experience.
