Production / Machine Operatives - Immediate Starts

We are looking forProduction Operativesto join our prestigious client based in Burton On Trent who specialises construction solutions for both commercial and housing projects.

This is a genuinetemp to perm opportunity, not seasonal work, consistent, ongoing work!

Shifts available:-

Continental shift pattern consisting ofdays and nights.

Four 12 hour day shifts followed by four 12 hour night shifts(8 days straight)followed by 4 off days.

Then two 12 hour day shifts followed by a off day before doing two 12 hour night shifts and then having 4 off days before repeating the pattern.

You will work 12 days in a 21 day cycle and 1 weekend in every 3.

Pay:

Overtime available

Monthly Bonuses once permanent

Main Duties:

Maintainfactoryequipment and supervise the quality of materials produced

Set up and operate equipment

Monitor its performance

Basic maintenance work

Ensuring themachineproduces high quality products

Responsible for theassemblyof a whole product or a part of a product
