We're Hiring: Credit Controller Manager
Location: Burton upon Trent

Are you a cashflow champion with a talent for building strong client relationships and leading high-performing teams? We're looking for a proactive, people-first Credit Controller Manager to take the reins and drive our collections strategy forward.

What you’ll be doing:                                                                                                

• Leading and inspiring our small credit control team
• Maximising cash collection with a hands-on, strategic approach
• Building solid relationships with clients to keep the cash moving
• Spotting risks before they become issues – and tackling them head-on
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders

• A strong credit controller with leadership skills
• Brilliant communicator and problem solver

• Someone who gets things done and brings people with them
