We are currently hiring for an award-winning business! Working in a well-established logistics team, you will become an integral part of the day to day running of the customer service department.

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £23,000 rising to £25,000 after passing probation

Benefits: Hybrid working, 25 days holiday plus extra day for your birthday and 8 bank holidays, free parking, health care plan and much more.

Hours: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week

Location: Burton On Trent

Responsibilities:

    • To provide outstanding customer support across our sporting programmes via all customer contact channels
    • Handling customer calls and email enquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
    • Taking ownership of individual enquiries and requests using a ticketing system.
    • Upholding the company's reputation and instilling confidence in their and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience Customer Service.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel and CRM packages.
