Are you experienced with customer service coordination and looking for a new role within a company that provides you with training as well as the chance to develop your skillset in other departments within the company.

My client is an international and UK leader in their industry and have been established for over 140 years. Over this period, they have built an orderbook filled with notable clients and are going through a strong growth period. Due to this they are looking to add to their team of Customer Service Co-Ordinator's.

The day to day of this role will involve providing admin support to the sales team, developing professional relationships with customers, taking hire and sales enquiries via phone and email, check the availability of equipment and transport, processing hire and sale orders through Inspire and more.

The ideal candidate for this role would be Service Controller from a rental background or an individual with customer service experience within a busy environment who is used to working at a desk, inputting data, being organized and working on a computer.
