Proactive Personnel are currently searching for a Sales Support Coordinator for an international manufacturing company working in the food and beverage industry. This is a permanent full time position, our client is one of the largest manufacturers of fragrances, food colouring and flavourings working with some of the world’s biggest brands.

Main purpose:

Provide accurate and on-time administrative service and support for customers, account managers and the wider commercial team to consistently deliver a superior customer experience.

Main responsibilities or the sales support coordinator:

  • Review & categorize customer emails prioritizing urgent enquiries.
  • Action general queries from both internal and external customers.
  • Work with local Customer Care teams to resolve order-related issues (Price/Inco)
  • Cultivate customer relationships within the key account managers’ responsibilities.
  • Work with the Sales Managers to support the resolution of customer queries.
  • General back up and business support of Key Account Manager(s).
  • Ensure an efficient service on all aspects of Customer Documentation, Questionnaires, Product Information Documents etc.
  • Support new account set up, including linking products into the relevant system.
  • Support adhoc and annual pricing process
  • Manage Sample requests process ensuring account manager is aware of customer request.
  • Adhoc reports preparation to support account manager

Skills Required

  • Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.
  • Shares information with account managers, works well as part of a cross functional team, follows company policies and values, balances short- and long-term goals.
  • Prioritizes well, shows energy, reacts to opportunities, instils urgency in others, and meets deadlines.
  • Well organised individual who can also work independently.
