Assistant Branch Manager – Burton – up to £30,000 + Bonus Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a well-established, family run business, who are a leader in the supply of aftermarket car parts within the UK. They are actively seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join their Buxton branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside their existing passionate sales and management team, with the prospect to further progress throughout the business.Package & Benefits:

Assistant Branch Manager Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Branch Manager in the daily sales and operations of the branch
  • Communicating and providing knowledge to meet the needs of our customer base via telesales and the sales counter
  • Organising maintenance of the vans including services and MOT’s
  • Willingness to show leadership and make decisions
  • Motivating the team to hit targets whilst providing outstanding customer service
  • Promoting offers and promotions to customer network
  • Maintaining or exceeding profit margins on sales made
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong background in motor factor sales experience
  • Excellent organisational, leadership and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability perform under pressure
  • Knowledge of the local area and customer base would be a distinct advantage
  • Strong numeracy and literacy
  • Ability to effectively train and guide sales team
  • A smart personal appearance and professional manner
