We are recruiting a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Burton Upon Trent. This full-time role is set to start ASAP and will run until July 2025. The school prides itself on providing a nurturing environment and exceptional education for all its students.

The Role:

As a General Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of the school's support staff, helping to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Assist with classroom and behaviour management strategies.
  • Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted academic support.
  • Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to support the well-being and development of the school community.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a primary school setting
