Role Overview:

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a background in packaging line operations? This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Lead Engineer, where you will oversee one of our main production lines and ensure it runs smoothly to hit key production targets.

What You'll Do:
  • Keep the Packaging Line Running: Maintain sensors, motors, and conveyors to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead & Train: Guide and train technical operatives on the production line.
  • General Maintenance: Take charge of regular line maintenance to meet production goals.
  • Hands-On Support: Assist with production tasks as required to meet daily targets.
What You'll Need:
  • Experience: Previous role in packaging line maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintaining sensors, motors, and conveyors.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong team leadership and communication skills.
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Engineering and 17th or 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations certification.
Salary & Benefits:

Shift Pattern:
  • Weekly Rotating Shifts:
    • Days: 6am to 2pm (Mon-Fri)

    • Nights: 10pm to 6am (Mon-Thu), 6pm to Midnight (Fri)
