An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent and methodical Finance & Stock Administrator in the FMCG industry, based in Burton on Trent Your primary role will be to support the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring accurate stock records and financial reports.

Description
- Produce stock from process sheets, varying levels of work-in-progress through to finished goods
- Prepare daily loading list for goods being dispatched to customers
- Record and monitor raw material purchase prices
- Create purchase order requests from various staff members
- Update and maintain supplier catalogue prices
- Enter goods receipts into system
- Manage monthly physical stock take and reconcile volumes with the system investigating variances
- Enter/update bill of materials in the system
- Ability to communicate with non-financial staff members to rectify issues/queries
Profile
A successful Finance & Stock Administrator should have:
- A background in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management and financial administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excel skills
