Finance Analyst

The Role

Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? As a Finance Analyst, you'll take ownership of delivering insightful financial data and forecasts while working closely with key stakeholders to ensure robust decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing timely, accurate, and detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reports, with high-level commentary.
  • Supporting the production of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans
  • Assisting in the period-end process, including preparing journals, accruals, and prepayments, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Driving improvements in processes, internal controls, and data integrity, ensuring consistency and quality across outputs.
  • Providing first-line business partnering to internal teams, answering queries, and supporting decision-making with evidence-based insights.
  • Collaborating on ad hoc analysis, projects, and performance reviews to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business while prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in financial reporting, planning, or analytical roles is highly desirable.

  • Salary: Competitive, DOE (circa £45,000 - £50,000).
