Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst on behalf of a retail organisation based in Burton-on-Trent on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role:
As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, providing insight and analysis to drive business performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Supporting month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Analysing financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Business partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Identifying trends and opportunities to improve financial efficiency
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Studying towards ACCA/CIMA (Part-Qualified)
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Experience in a similar finance or analytical role
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
