- Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained and monitored in accordance with HSWA and COSHH regulations.
- Assist in the control of all chemicals and equipment in line with HSWA and COSHH regulations including daily titrations are completed.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping across the site.
- Ability to plan and deliver all hygiene budgeted costs including labour and materials and hygiene KPIs in conjunction with the Hygiene Manager.
- Continuously monitor quality and ensure adherence to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Complete routine deep cleaning schedules including dismantling and reassembling the equipment within allocated time frames making sure relevant paperwork is signed off.
- Ideally come from a food and beverage background
- Hold HACCP qualification
- Experience of cleaning within a food manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of BRC standards
