Export Customer Service Support

•    Job Type: Full-time•    Location: Burton on Trent•    Salary: £28/£30K plus annual bonus•    36 Days holiday ( including bank holidays)•    8 % pension•    4 x salary life insurance

We are seeking a Export Customer Service Specialist to join our clients team based in Burton on Trent. Focusing on order handling, international shipments, and maintaining solid customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording orders, issuing import/export documentation, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support.

Day to Day of the role:•    Process orders, send PO confirmations, and propose alternative items in case of backorders.•    Organise and follow up on international shipments, ensuring timely delivery.•    Manage international business queries, including pre-screening and providing timely responses.•    Communicate effectively with the warehouse to ensure order requirements are met.•    Ensure order compliance with distributor agreements and issue shipping documentation.•    Issue customer credits for complaints and correct improper invoicing.•    Follow up on overdue accounts and send reminders to ensure timely payments.•    Maintain ERP system with accurate customer data and price uploads.•    Handle quality complaints, including reception, verification, and coordination of product returns.•    Support the sales team with various requests and maintain documentation for audit purposes.Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Meticulous attention to detail.•    Strong understanding of IT systems with excellent user skills.•    Empathetic, patient, and clear communication skills.•    Accountability and responsibility in managing tasks.    APPLY TODAY for the Export Customer Service Support position.
