•    Job Type: Temporary•    Location: Burton On Trent, DE14•    Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12 per hour (depending on experience)•    Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week - HYBRID

Reed is delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator for our Blue Chip Client within their Talent Acquisition team. You will provide essential support to a fast-paced department. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:•    Publishing job adverts to attract top talent.•    Arranging interviews by coordinating schedules and preparing necessary materials.•    Screening initial applications on the CRM, focusing on alignment with salary expectations and other criteria.•    Processing offer details and ensuring accurate communication of terms to selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or HR department.•    Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.•    Proficient in using CRM software and other office management tools.•    Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
