Macildowie are seeking an After Sales Administrator in Burton-upon-Trent. The role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience in administration.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive customer service approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. They should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in using IT systems like Sage 200 and Excel.

Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch).

Salary: £25,000 - £28,5000 dependant on experience.

Please note that this role is a full-time, on-site role and you MUST have at least 1 year experience within a similar role.

  • A customer-focused attitude with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work closely with colleagues and foster good relationships and collaboration.
  • Capable of using initiative and being self-motivated.
  • Proficient in IT and computer systems.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work closely with colleagues and foster good relationships and collaboration.
  • Capable of using initiative and being self-motivated.
  • Proficient in IT and computer systems.
  • Sage 200 experience is highly desirable
  • 1 year's experience within a Sales Administrator role or similar
