Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive and inspect all incoming goods, ensuring quality and quantity align with purchase orders.
- Work closely with warehouse and production teams to optimise the flow of goods and maintain seamless operations.
- Manage the control of received goods, "in transit" stock, and dispatched goods.
- Carry out duties safely, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.
- Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organised, and free of hazards by promptly addressing spills and minimising waste.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a warehouse or goods-in environment.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- The ability to plan, prioritise, and organise your workload effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with teams.
- Experience implementing Good Working Practices (GWP) and ensuring adherence to health and safety measures.
