Your new companyAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join this established business in Burton. You will support the leadership team with all EA/PA duties as required for the role. You will support a team of directors and circa 25 staff and be the go-to person in the office.Your new roleYou will cover a wide range of EA duties including:

  • Diary management
  • Mailbox management
  • Arrange meetings
  • Minute taking
  • Expenses
  • Travel arrangements
  • Field calls
  • Assist with onboarding
  • Prepare presentations
  • Collate monthly KPIS
  • Work with HR in relation to appraisals
  • Support other departments
  • Prepare quotes
  • Invoicing
  • Maintaining credit card expenses and providing info to the finance team
  • Weekly mileage returns
  • First point of contact
  • Company vehicle management
  • Support the marketing department with promotional items
  • Organise events ie: golf days
  • Liaise with marketing agencies
  • Building relationships with suppliers is key to the role, as is working with internal departments.
  • Ensure all office facilities are dealt with in a timely manner

What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced EA/PA and be hands-on in relation to office matters. You will be a competent user of all MS packages.What you'll get in returnThis is a full-time role. Mon-Fri - 8 hours a day28 day holiday, including bank holiday
