Our client is housing association in the Burton area and have a great opportunity for a Scheduler to join them on a long term temp basis. Working a 37 hour week, Monday to Friday, you would be expected to carry out the following duties:
- Diary planning for operatives
- Scheduling of repairs
- Log any additional works that arise
- Schedule meetings, training, etc
- Keep a log of absences
- Address any queries
- Provide excellent customer service
- Monitoring and processing of jobs logged on to the system
- General admin duties
This role will suit an organized individual who has worked in a similar role or has transferable skills that would lend themselves well to this type of role. You willneed a great telephone manner, planning ability and be a great team player.
