Our client is a well-respected and dynamic Midlands-based law firm that has strong client relationships and a progressive work culture. It is seeking a residential conveyancer to join its Burton on Trent office! 

The Role:

As a key member of this busy Residential Conveyancing team, you'll handle a diverse caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions. They are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented conveyancer who can navigate a broad range of residential matters.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Confidence in managing a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases with minimal supervision
  • Strong client care skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational strength
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to professionalism and client confidentiality
