To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
- Experience in data entry and working with spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with the flexibility to assist across teams
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Answering incoming calls and managing communications professionally
- Logging and updating sales enquiries, ensuring accurate records are maintained
- Processing sales orders and producing works order documentation
- Managing stock via system updates, including works order completions and requisitions
- Assisting with inputting quarterly stock take figures
- Utilizing your spreadsheet knowledge to support data-related tasks
- Providing additional support to other departments as required
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependant on experience
