To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
  • Experience in data entry and working with spreadsheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude with the flexibility to assist across teams
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Answering incoming calls and managing communications professionally
  • Logging and updating sales enquiries, ensuring accurate records are maintained
  • Processing sales orders and producing works order documentation
  • Managing stock via system updates, including works order completions and requisitions
  • Assisting with inputting quarterly stock take figures
  • Utilizing your spreadsheet knowledge to support data-related tasks
  • Providing additional support to other departments as required

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependant on experience
