We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our client based in Burton on Trent. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing documentation, and providing essential support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department.
Day to day duties will include:
- Supporting the Sales Director in relevant sales projects as required
- Become the CRM champion, maintaining and developing the platform for continuous use and improvement
- Monitor and manage sales leads from all channels and forward to relevant sales personnel via CRM
- Collation and reporting of EPOS data
- Collation of market data pricing and product range audits
- Co-ordinate customer audit requests, working with departments to ensure all relevant information is uploaded/provided
- Assistance with customer and trade events
- Co-ordination of sample orders and courier shipments for internal and external personal
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
