We are excited to announce an opening for a Transport Admin to become part of our esteemed distribution and logistics team in Burton On Trent. You will play a vital role in the warehouse, ensuring the seamless flow of stock in and out of the depot for distribution.

Your weekly shifts once training completed would be Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am.

Duties include....
- Adhering to customer instructions to prepare accurate pick lists for the warehouse team and managing stock allocation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Communicating with drivers to ensure smooth delivery and collection processes.
- Maintaining delivery records.
- Quickly identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Updating databases and systems to keep information accurate and current for the planning teams.

What we're looking for....
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position, logistics, or planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Capable of using various systems, such as SAP, TMS, and GTS.
- Possess a confident and professional approach to customer service.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Please note:
- If successfully accepted for the role you MUST pass a drugs and alcohol test on induction and can be tested at random at anytime in this role, in this role will be coming into regular contact with alcohol.
